Island Paradise Balloon Art Junior Twisters Balloon Classes. During these one-hour classes, we teach children how to make simple balloon shapes. They will be the envy of all their friends! The class includes instruction and a starter kit for each child, so they amaze friends & family with their new skills. The starter kit has a sturdy balloon pump and assortment of balloons.
It's perfect for birthday parties - your activity (the actual class) and your goodie gags (the starter kits) are done!
